SHIPPING


UNITED STATES

Free UPS Ground at the minimum. In limited cases we will ship via UPS Worldwide Saver within less than 3 working days. Order cut-off times are 11AM PST.

GCC

Free ground shipping at the minimum. In limited cases (Dubai only) we will hand deliver. 

REST OF WORLD

Free ground shipping. All orders are shipped from the US or UAE, so import duties or taxes may apply.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery times are simply estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. While we aim to ship orders placed before 11AM (PST Monday to Friday) on the same day, we cannot guarantee this.

If you don't pay the applicable duties and taxes and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.

Our courier partners may not be able to call you on arrival so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received and signed for during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel, you can nominate an alternative signature however you will need to notify the courier service of this. The courier will try to deliver your order three times and will leave a calling card at each attempt. We're unable to deliver on public holidays or Sundays so please allow an extra working day.


RETURNS


US RETURNS POLICY

For a refund, your order must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and will return them to you. All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging (including protective film/cover). If the watch is returned in perfect condition, but the strap has been used or marked then a refund will only be granted on the watch. Once received and approved by WQT Watches, returns will be issued to original payment method, excluding shipping and restocking fees.

Exchange your order within 30 days of the shipment date. All items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging.

All watches sold as a sale or discounted will be considered final sale. We will not accept returns or exchanges for these items. 


WORLDWIDE RETURNS POLICY

Please email support@wqtwatches.com to make arrangements. Alternatively, you may send your return via a tracked and signed for service. However you choose to return your package, please include a completed delivery note with your return so we can identify it easily. It is imperative you retain proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. WQT Watches is not responsible for items lost in transit.

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging (including protective film/cover). Returns generally take 5-15 working days to reach WQT Watches. We will typically process the return within 5 working days of the date of receipt. If you have not received your refund within 20 days of returning your order, please send proof of postage to support@wqtwatches.com and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.

WQT Watches reserves the right to charge fees on international orders if returned or cancelled. These charges include shipping fees, restock/reselling fee of $200 USD. All refunds will be issued to original payment method excluding the fees mentioned previously.

If there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship, watch will be replaced or refund issued. Please keep in mind mechanical watches must be handled with care and any mechanical issue generally caused by human error will not be refunded. 

All watches sold as a sale or discounted will be considered final sale. We will not accept returns or exchanges for these items.
